On October 13, 2022, a new PATROLL contest, with a $2,000 cash prize, was added seeking prior art on at least claims 1, 7, and 13 of U.S. Patent 11,196,566, owned by Veritaseum Capital LLC, an NPE. The patent generally relates to smart contracts with low trust or zero trust value transfers. The ‘566 patent has been asserted against Coinbase.
