The patent is owned by Missed Call LLC, an NPE and Dynamic IP Deals entity. The '872 patent relates to a communication apparatus for providing an indication about a missed telephone call. It has been asserted against NEC, Twilio, TalkDesk, Mitel, and Freshworks.
