MUNICH IP FORUM 2024

Together with Adamson & Partners, the Munich IP Forum brought together IP & Legal leaders from around the world in a unique conference and networking setting. Combining thought-leadership with Bavarian hospitality, the Munich IP Forum connected leaders in the IP & Legal sectors from industries including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, high-tech, automotive, networking and sharing the latest industry insights.

Our 12th annual Patent Administrative Law Conference in Washington, DC. was co-hosted by American University, Federal Circuit Bar Association, and Unified Patents. The half-day event had discussions over administrative patent reviews and SEP licensing of Wi-Fi and IoT technologies.

Our in-person event opened with a presentation on Brattle Groups’ Wi-Fi 6 expert economic report. Discussions included the meteoric rise of litigation finance and exotic insurance products that have fundamentally changed the nature of U.S. patent litigations.

On May 14th 2018, Unified Patents along with Osaka Institute of Technology hosted the Second Annual IP Strategy Conference this year in Osaka, Japan. Fall 2017 - Corporate IP Strategy Conference

On November 16, 2017 Unified and the Santa Clara High Tech Law Journal co-hosted the fourth annual Corporate IP Strategy Conference (CIPSC) at Santa Clara University in Santa Clara, California. The conference featured panel discussions with leading in-house counsel as well as a fireside chat with Chief Judge David Ruscke sharing a review of the last five years at the PTAB as well as some of his early thoughts on the Oil States and Allergan/St. Regis Mohawk tribe cases.
Summer 2017 - Intellectual Property Strategy Conference

On May 18, 2017, Kyoto University and Unified Patents co-hosted the Kyoto University Intellectual Property Strategy Conference 2017 (IPSC 2017). Panelists from leading companies and academia met to discuss IP strategy in emerging businesses, corporate-academia cooperation, how to secure and benefit from high-quality IP, and lessons on successfully fostering start-ups and entrepreneur in Asia. Over 200 panelists and attendees from global innovation leaders in R&D, IP, legal, finance from corporations and academia were represented at lPSC 2017.
