Pearl is the most advanced AI-based invalidity claim charting tool focused on helping counsel improve their efficiency. Quickly and inexpensively generate invalidity charts to improve overall patent quality.

Pearl can create invalidity claim charts faster and more efficiently than if they were being created by hand. Pearl achieves this by mapping individual claim elements to relevant prior art in 10% of time that is usually necessary.

Pearl can use prior art from patents, standards documents, product descriptions, scientific literature, non-patent literature (NPL), or AI-generated options.

Once a claim chart is generated, Pearl includes quotations mapped to each limitation in a table format along with its citation. Users can export into Word, PDF, Excel and CSV. 

PATROLL researchers are now required to use Pearl to generate claim charts. Each PATROLL researcher can generate up to 30 invalidity claim charts per month using Pearl.
