The patent is owned by Decatur Licensing LLC, a subsidiary of the prolific NPE, IP Edge. The '467 patent generally relates to obtaining radio access network information and transmitting location information between at least two base stations, e.g., in a 5G network. It is currently being asserted against ASUS, Samsung, LG, and Motorola.
