The patents are owned by AdaptFlow Technologies LLC, an NPE and IP Edge entity. The ‘757 patent generally relates to a method for transmitting video data in a data stream. The '064 patent generally relates to a home network system that personalizes the selection of information content. Both patents have been asserted against Roku.
