The patents are owned by Avant Location Technologies LLC, an NPE and entity of Anjay Venture Partners LLC. The patents generally relate to methods for monitoring the presence of a mobile station. The patents have all been asserted against Apple, Fibar Group, Nice Group, Samsung, and Generac Holdings.
